Not only am I into using organic ingredients as much as is available, I source all vegetables and meats locally and wild-caught when and where possible.

I have connections with many of the organic and natural farms here in the Rogue Valley. 

Beef from the Applegate valley is 100% grass fed and grass finished, Irish Dexter cattle.

Truly pasture-raised chicken, the very freshest of eggs.

Wild-caught seafood only - I will not use farmed seafood!
